I have started going to the cinema again recently and have enjoyed it. I try to go in the day time because it’s quieter and cheaper. I can’t cope with being in the cinema when there are a lot of young people shouting, messing about on their phones or actively trying to wind up other people and the security. I can’t believe they need security in cinemas now, it is insane. I also don’t like it when people eat food that is really noisy or whisper or move about constantly making noise. I know I sound miserable but I do not think I am unreasonable. I prefer to go to smaller, independent cinemas as generally people are nicer in them. This week I want to go and see Young Adult and when my mum visits I’m going to take her to see the new film with Judi Dench and Maggie Smith. It looks funny and feel-good.
